Why are you using them all at once?

What is the best way to track and manage 10+ credit cards of various banks? Is there any such single platform or portal type thing?
I'm finding it very hard to manage all of those!
- Many credit cards don't send payment reminders
- keeping track of overall spending is also difficult
- For each credit card a different app is required so I have lots of apps draining battery and resources
- Sort By
For diffrent use cases. For eg
Sapphiro for movie B1G1
Federal Celesta for lounge access
Neu card for grocery
Apay for Apay
FK Axis for Fk
IDFC first for Railway lounge access (most used card)
Onecard for fuel
And so on
Hardest part is to keep track of overall spending
New way:
- Excel
Old way:
- Hire a Munshi to maintain all records for you
even google sheet was there for years
Note: if you use any external app, they will keep track of your data, which can be used against you anytime.
For eg.
Makes sense!
Create your own app xD
actually i am trying that
nothing better than to go with the tried and tested, conventional way of handing over all such responsibilities to a Munshi.
For your peace, convenience and easy of managing the finances, cards.. better to give complete and unbridled access of yout e-mails, phone numbers linked to the cards and
unbridled, complete access of your cards.. to a Munshi.
App name : fold
In my experience, the one thing that helps the most is having the same due dates for all of the credit cards. I understand that it might be a little inconvenient if you rely heavily on credit cards for absolutely everything since you would then have to arrange all of the money at once, but then you wouldn't need to look for payment reminders. For eg - the billing date of my cards is 15th and then the due dates are like 3rd or the 5th of next month (since some cards offer 18 day period to pay bills and some offer 20). So I know when my bills are generated and I pay them all at once on 1st of every month.
Regarding having an app to "track" the expenses, I don't think that would be a good idea since every third party app will eventually steal your data for sure. You would have to note down the expenses manually in excel/notes etc, there's no other way.
In my opinion, putting up some extra effort and having multiple banks' apps is totally acceptable if I'm having multiple credit cards for different offers. It just can't be avoided.
Agreed man! Same due date can be one of the solutions, at least for keeping track of payments
1. Count the number of fingers on your left hand if you are a leftie or your right hand if you are a rightie.
2. Keep cancelling the least used of your credit cards until the number of credit cards you are left with matches the count you got in the first step.
One Card is a very big culprit with their customer-unfriendly Catd service provider by not sending statements to customers by email or SMS. No Reminders also! I don't see One card survive beyond 2025!
Close half of the cards, live tension free, I'm on the way to close the cards which i hardly use like 1-2 times a year, they are not worth keeping it... 🏻
I'm using cred.
I'm surprised if people not using this app (Playstore link) for credit card due/payment date tracking.
It's BOON
totally offline and user has complete control to enter any details (card names without number or last 4 digits or 2 digits or nothing in numbers)
Expiry date too manual (anything can be added)
This reminds:
1. due date
2. Payments settled/ not settled (manually mark or unmark)
3. Annual fee due date
4. Card expiring soon
5. Spending (optional and manually enteries)
Basically i use this app for due dates and expiry dates with payment settlement status. Spend option not tried but it's additional and this app is completely offline but with manual backup option to migrate complete app data to another device manually.
Looks promising! Will give it a try
