How to open QAB/MAB Free Account in HDFC ?

Is there any Account type in HDFC which doesn’t require maintenance of MAB/QAB?
Willing to fund with some high initial amount.

do they ask any proof of being a farmer?
salary accounts dont require MAB
its not always possible to open salary account
1- coporate tieups with bank is required and not always present with every bank combination.
2- it limits the 0mab account to only one bank. What if op has salary account in another bank and wants to open low mab account in other bank ?
famers account is best with lowest mab or if you live in rural are then go for normal saving account…
can we get EasyShop Platinum card if we open account in rural?

Not possible….. They will not open bsdba account… Not without rbi intervention……
Best option.. Open regular account…. In rural branch… Online…. Only 2500 MAB…. Or farmers account online… 2500 mab.. Half yearly.. . Rupay platinum card by default…… In any branch…. Mab is same in any branch category…. Works like normal account….. No restrictions
