How to Raise a Chargeback of HDFC CC Online?

Call them and tell them you want to raise a chargeback against that transaction.. Go through the refund policy of website prior to that. In case they have mentioned “refunds not applicable” .

They mentioned after booking ticket on Confirmation Page and not prior to that while booking. How is this even acceptable,if I am not getting the service which I paid for ,i need to have refund! This is just unacceptable,they will deny the service and also they didn’t need to provide refund,if thing goes like this they will earn hefty amount of money

It’s saying,no amount will be refunded after cancellation of booking!

But,i didn’t cancel the booking!
My question is ,if you are not providing me the rooms then refund my money

There is another place called Shani shingnapur near Shirdi which is also a scam. I went there in that big auto or so from shirdi (about 10+ years back) and as soon as it is parked, thugs come to you telling that you cannot go inside temple with jeans and tshirt and need to wear that orange stuff and have to buy that oil and all the BS. I told them to Fkoff and went inside and there is no such rule. I had no intention of putting any oil on any stone.

They also tell this is a place where people don’t have locks and such as no robbery happens is probably because pura area thug se bhara hai.

I have vowed never to go to any temples or religious places unless it is for some good food they are serving or there is some architecture to see. I have turned an atheist anyways so I am ok. Life is great.

I will take care of this in future. 

Just call hdfc customer care raise a charge back request. My experience with icici is great solved problem in single call, tell them paid service is not delivered to you.

and if refund policy is not visible before payment then it is a clearcut scam

Here laws made to harass common man and extort last penny from his pocket, In above case most of the people do the payment expecting the accomodation and what they get no accomodation and money is gone and they continuously doing this from last seven years. OP did payment he never knew the consequences of the payment untill he got cancellation message, no refund policy should be clearly mentioned as a warning ⚠️ message before payment. But then how they will scam innocent people, rarely some action against small penny pocket pickers, but no law and action against these organized looters who loot in crores

And I am sure people will let go saying consider donation to temple but little do they know that their so called “donation” goes into pockets of powerful people. 
I am also appalled by the VIP Darshan thing they do. If money can buy you priority access, then how is it any different than paying more for fastpass in disney world.

Making such derogatory comment for a diety is not healthy way to show you are an atheists.

Saying you have no intention on putting oil on a stone is highly insulting for believers .

Control yourself and don’t try to be abusive to ones beliefs.

For your food carvings you can visit hotels not temples.

I personally feel there is some management issues , and wrong doings without fear without any involvement is not possible .
I had been there in December and was not getting good vibes in terms of management of the place .
Some Intervention is highly needed in the management.

That’s true man! Must be a Management issue

So, Finally on the 4th Day, I raised a Chargeback Request on HDFC Customer Care by Calling and then after some days or 2 weeks, HDFC Sent an Email that Please Provide the Proof of Your Case and after Submitting it, finally, their Last email Arrived with 1 week after submitting proof that the Amount of Rs.810 has been Credited Back to My Credit Card!

So, I Received My Full Refund on Chargeback, That is why Use Credit Cards Bank takes it more seriously in case of Fraud, Lost or Theft than Debit Cards.
