How to raise Dispute

I Paid on Amazon using PhonePe UPI (account of SBI bank linked with PhonePe) Now Amazon has refunded money before 7 days but still didn’t received refund.
Also SBI Customer care is not filing dispute of txn.
Can anyone please suggest me solution or how file dispute against this Txn.
Please if anyone have idea please reply.

Amazon has provided RRN number and I called SBI customer care even talked with senior executive of bank but they denying in file dispute they told they can file dispute only if txn made using debit or credit or net banking
write to respective grievance officer and then nodal officer.
clearly stating what resolution you ecpect and the timeline by which you can wait before approaching consumer redressal.
what was the reply of PhonePe?
@sauravkrind If UPI then wait for another 7 days and then you can raise it with directly NPCI. You must have received an email from amazon with the refund ref. no. Use that while escalating.

SBI credit Ur refund exactly after 16days or rarely 11days
That’s why I stay away from SBI.. they have just set of replies copy pastes to every customer…
Ask Amazon CC for transaction ID.
Using that number they can track the payment/refund in this case.
Just call SBI CC/branch and tell that number to them.
So first you have to call Amazon for that number.
