How to raise dispute and stop Credit Card payment to FKart ?

Hi,
Got a damaged product from FKart. Bought on CreditCard no cost EMI. Product delivered 10 days ago. Return request placed next day of delivery. As usual FKart is messing up and dilly dallying on refund by giving insane timelines and not adhereing to it. They are not committing anything about admitting / confirming my return claim. Return pick up is still pending.

How to stop payment from CC to FKart ? Is it possible to do it now ? I have received EMI schedule from CC.

If anyone has done so, kindly guide.

You can look at detailed terms and conditions of the CC EMI; if there is such a provision. It may help.

You can call the credit card and ask them to mark the transaction disputed.
And ask them not to deduct emi for it
as if the EMI is deducted, even if there is a refund you wont get the interest part back
