You will only get answer that these are segmented offer and keep changing time to time. So essentially they don’t care for giving value for old customer having balance.

Check Voda app, you may get your answer

Dial *121*"your recharge amount"#
Eg: Vodafone 159 rs unlimited calls and data pack for 28 days.
So dial *121*159# then 159 rs will deduct from your main balance and your recharge will be done.
Similarly you can do it for 348 rs unlimited pack and so on.

Dialed *121*35#. Response is ‘sorry’.

But what will happen if the outgoing is expiring today and incoming facility may also expire shortly as decided by vodafone?

*you have to refill money each time very month or till expiry . Cant use talktime balance.

most probably have to go to vodafone gallery to reactivate the number again if disconnected.. but they will force u to use post paid ..if u dont agree then they will say use for 3 months then u can change back…so better recharge every month.
