How to redeem Big bazaar gift cards and wallet balance as stores are closed

Goregoan store open; I had 3K bal in profit club cards which a friend who visited Mumbai helped me redeem
bought Bedsheets and towels,pista,cashew/badam other items not worth

@SunnyKh u better visit fast as items are getting OOS; I already mentioned its my friend who visited, mostly fashion and Home furnish etc available

my friend was able to redeem FP wallet balance and GC at BB Goregaon today, on my behalf.

How do i get my Big Bazaar Wallet. As my 3k is with yourl. Everywhere it says Big Bazaar has been taken over by Reliance. And when i call that Smart Bazaar which another name is JioMart they deny the fact. 

Reliance is always been fraudsters and im not scared to say this in public. They always cheat people and become rich, no wonder The Ambanis are cursed

In September when I had visited the local Smart Bazaar even redemption of JioMart GV wasn't enabled in their systems nevermind  BBZ GV.
