I think it is only for disabling the notifications/reminder. I don’t see any of my saved billlers listed here.

in short: you can't. By mistake i added my gf's (now, ex) customer id for electricity and not able to remove it. And now, my wife uses the same amazon account. I have been trying to remove the biller info from amazon account since ages. confused

CC said its not possible (possibly, its out of their helping capacity, its more of a technical thing)

cant do from amazon app. cc will not able to help you. go to your email id search for keyword UNSUBCRIBE from amazon click on the link and it will direct you to unsubscibe tab.

Under Amazon pay tab there is a button below “Explore” click on this and u will found payment method tab , from where u can disable any reminders

Why not delink your number, let that account be closed ...and create a new one ..not the perfect solution but for those who are parting ways with gf and getting married
