My screen time has been increased since last month.
I guess that’s the reason for eye strains like dry eyes and temporary headaches.
How you are dealing with such situations ? Any natural way to stop them ?

You know the solution. Stop overthinking and start doing it, else it will worsen.

Lack of sleep is main reason. 7hrs sleep is must. Avoid using mobile and computer continuosly. Use computer glasses(blue light blocker) for continuous usage like watching movies. For night time, enable night mode or reading mode in mobile. Many users not using it. Eat more eye related fruits and veggies that contains more vitamin A. Like carrot, fig, dates

Reduce exposure to digital screen especially avoid looking at bright screen (TV or mobile) in rooms with dim lights.
Eat lettuce/spinach which contains Lutein and zeaxanthin.

Any suggestions for 27 or 32 inch monitor preferably 4k. For office work and less eye strain. gaming almost nil. Want to replace old monitor and get a good one especially for eyes.
Suggestions please with budget less than 30k. I think IPS is better.
Please suggest.

For all who are suffering from serious eye problem.
I would suggest to try cineraria maritama Schwabe homeopathy eye drop. You will thanks me for sure.
After too many research i started using this and i just cannot stop thanking the makers.
I have serious eye problems have high myophia -8 in both eye and have undergone retina detachment also cataract surgery.

Just have a detailed search regarding this eye drop and try to use for one month. U will surely be amazed. I dont know what Homeopathy medicines have ingredients but they are really very good.

E-ink monitors are the best option. But only B/W and shades of grey. Also no good for video as limited to 20fps. Plus very expensive. Dasung has one for $599 IIRC.
From a more practical POV, IPS or equivalent panels. Do not work in the dark. An absolute no-no. Do not turn up the monitor brightness unnecessarily high. Staring at a light bulb isn’t a pleasant experience, is it? If you have to work in a dim environment turn the monitor brightness low, place a dim light source like an LED light behind the monitor besides a lamp etc. of moderate brightness facing the monitor. Dark backgrounds work much better than blinding white ones.
Edit: Also make sure the display PPI is suitable for you. Too high resolution in a smallish display or the other way round can be problematic. Also if possible dark, bold fonts could be better.

I had same problem which was later situation got very bad.
I did the following
Started sleeping early around 10
Started anolom vilom pranayam in morning evening
Using specs most of the time and changed to anti glare glasses.
Then used refresh tears eye drops and reconia G multivitamins
Reduced the tv mobile usage to minimum that is required.
Still it took me 20 days to recover fully.

Hope u guys take care of your eyes too.
