Agreed. If the person has been a member for over a year or two with decent karma, you can proceed. No one is going to run a scam here for a couple of thousand rupees especially with the admin have a log of all messages exchanged. Now if the numbers are into five figures and all then you need a person who has been a higher level of karma.

May be a new feature of "Feedback" can be introduced on every User's profile for this sole purpose. Which will consist the Positive/Negative Feedback of the user.
