How to ship items from them without being a seller on either flipkart/amazon and heavy goods....?? Anybody able to do it and how...??

In Jabong days, did see ekart as their logistics partner. Ekart does enter into independent contracts with third parties.

In their home market, Amazon does let (etsy, shoping type) sellers to have their own shop/site but the logistics is handled by Amazon.
I think it is similar to MCF (multi-channel fulfillment).

But I doubt if ATSPL is entering into consumer level third party contracts of carriage.

Since Amazon Flex enters into rapido, swiggy style contracts with riders, those are mostly for packages under certain volume and weight,

Thusly, the last mike delivery (LMD) for Ekart, ATSPL is largely mismanaged by the likes of https://elastic.run (preferred vendor of Ekart, even for small packages) and https://connectindia.com (mostly ATSPL avoid entering into direct contracts with mini-van, pick-up truck owners, thus they have ConnectIndia.)

Still if you want to check, can approach someone from that field or ATSPL mid-management (say on LinkedIn) to check for closest solutions to your queryquirement.
