Any luck? device ID would be the IMEI of the phone. I would think there is no way to fix this other than trying older versions of the app or a new update with the fixes.

This is occurring when you're not in India. Change the time in your phone to match the Indian Standard Time. Then the timestamp error will be gone and you'll be able to use your wallet. You can change it back to your time once you're done using wallet.
