how to speak to customer care representative for Hdfc credit card

Any idea on which option to select to speak to a human for Hdfc credit card. i tried to dial 1800 202 6161, but not getting any option to speak to human. I need to redirect delivery of my replacement card

I am getting same issue with sbi credit card.. I want to close it but unable to connect with their customer care

Press 3 for credit card related enquires after selecting your preferred language. Here you have verify your credit card by entering last 4 digit of your card number then pin/otp. Once your card is verified press 1 then press 9. OR tag hdfc on twitter along with your concern they will call you after 24~48 hours.
