How to spot paid/fake reviews on Amazon/Flipkart?

Many sellers pay 50 to 200Rs for writing a 5 star review for their product. Many of us buy after checking reviews. And when we open the package, we get that small card with the offer to write a good review. I complained to Flipkart but no action was taken against the seller. So what are some ways to identify such fake reviews?

Go through 1 and 2 starts review first, see if you find common issues among multiple reviews.
I generally don't even look at 5 star reviews. 2 to 4 is generally what I go through.
