How to stop Airtel ₹45 auto debit

Hii guys my airtel ₹49 plan is expiring in 1 day. But I am getting these message saying ₹45 will be debited if no recharge done. I have balance there. Earlier they used to give ussd code to stop it but not this time.
I have tried *121*777# but I am getting messages “this service not available to you.”
Anyone have idea how to do this.

- par Airtel Pack kal samapt ho jayega.Recharge na hone par balance se 28din ki validity ke liye Rs45 ki katauti hogi. Yahan recharge karein: u.airtel.in/FDP2 Recharge kar liya toh ignore karein

recharge before plan expiry else they deduct from balance
They will deduct after outgoing expiry or after 7 days of outgoing expiry (grace period)

I don’t understand why you don’t want airtel to deduct money?
If you want your no. to be active any how you have to recharge…..
To not to loose extra 7 days grace period.
I do recharge of ₹49 which gives 28+7days(incoming only) validity.
whats the use of rs.45 plan other than just validity? rs. 48 or rs.49 is better, right? as we get free talktime/data.

the stopping of auto debit ie *121*777# will be activated on the day of expiry or the end of 3 days grace they keep sending these messages randomly

This shameless Chortel deducted Rs45 next day after I stopped auto-debit, I had rcvd confirmation of auto-debit stop also.
When called CC they were in hurry to apologize and refunded instant, of course, 28 days validity left as it is
Hurry==> I felt like care people were clearly instructed if someone calls for this deduction, transfer call to senior and he will refund immediately
Why would system make a mistake of deducting 45 even after I clearly stopped it unless some manipulation done!
They are doing this deduction every month to some customers and many may not be calling CC etc so they gain a lot

A call for 28 days validity is definitely worth it.

Can anyone tell me why #chortel blatantly ignoring TRAI guidelines for the 7 days grace period (which vi still provides) but only providing 3 days?? More favoritism?? Has any complaint been made yet to TRAI regarding this? What’s their stand on this? ..ignoring their own rules!!
Plus not providing incoming calls/ SMS after the grace period. That’s a concern too.

Does Multiple Recharge of Rs 49 work in queue ? Will it be activated month after month one at a time or all activate at once? Any idea anyone?
Only UL plans like 199 and above work in queue.
