
How to stop credit card sales calls even on full dnd?

Kotak is on next level, they call u 10times a day for credit card.
Earlier they used to call, sir this is service call hope u are happy n shit, then come to point that kotak is giving ore approved blah blah.
Now a days, sir, need to confirm ur adress, kotak is giving u card, pls confirm..
And even if u cut call u will get sms, thank you for ur interest, we have processed ur card, just click on the link for confirmation like wtf!
M fed of trai complaints, blocking these endless numbers.
If anyone knows a way out, do share it

1. Get your mobile phone and dial 1909
2. Once the call is connected, select your preferred language.
3. Now, select the "Activate DND" option from the IVRS menu.
4. Select the "Activate Full DND" option to stop most of the credit card calls.
5. Select "5" to confirm your selection.
6. Within 3 days, Full DND will be activated on your mobile number.

See the attached image for the options it gives for call blocking.
So again as daily i am bombarded with kotak calls for credit card, i firmly asked to activate dnc/dnd on my number as i don't want any card from kotak.
She was brilliant, she told me i have sent u a sms, click on it and at the end u will see option for activating dnd and i need to share the generated application number with her as she was staying online.
The message - " thank you for your interest in credit card, click link for completing your application". I disconnected.
How smart these ass are.

Called kotak bank by myself and asked to activate dnd, she said be on hold nd in. Next 10 sec ,she replied dnd activated.
Which clearly means all cc calls were from 3rd party.

I was on a call from one employee for cc and in the background 3 calls are waiting to answer as i continues to disconnect one after another, and all are from kotak for cc.
I was fed up, i nearly answered 6 calls back to back. Oh man this is the level of bombardment.🤬

If,even after sending Proper E-mail they are not doing something then ,what can I do?
One of the Worst thing is ,Kotak Bank doesn't have SINGLE E-MAIL for Contact. You either need to be there Customer.
I don't know Why,People are madly in Love with this Pathetic Bank who doesn't have a Single E-mail (Offcourse,For Account Holders you have to Login to Net banking and then you can send them Email Internally)
Your Problem is with Third Party Agents where they have got your Number and Details. The Companies like IndiaLends,LendingBazar and Many Others are doing this kind of thing (This has Nothing to do with Kotak Mahindra Bank).
You either need to tell them manually that you don't have any Job/Business and not earning or abuse them so,that they don't make any further calls.
Play them..... mostly these Idiots call from a personal KYC done mobile phone numbers(non-commercial) .... now trick them..... add their numbers under porn video thread 😜......Spam ke badle Spam....it does wonders

On my Samsung phone I get an option to block spammers

Year end sales targets. You will get many more spam calls till 31 st march. From 1 st April these will automatically reduce. 😂

I am writing to you regarding the constant promotional sales calls and messages that I have been receiving from your bank. I have been receiving a minimum of 10 calls a day, and despite telling your representatives that I am not interested, I am still receiving these calls on a daily basis.
I would like to bring to your attention that this has become extremely frustrating for me and has caused me a lot of inconveniences. As a customer, I expect to be able to opt-out of such calls and messages, and I have already communicated my disinterest to your representatives. However, the calls and messages have not stopped.
I kindly request you to take immediate action to stop these promotional calls and messages to my number. I do not wish to receive any further sales calls or messages from your bank. I appreciate your understanding and prompt action in this matter.

Same thing from RBL for me. I think culprit is PaisaBazaar and BankBazaar, since I started checking CIBIL with them, this has increased. Min 3 calls everyday and around 10 sms for loans daily.
