While applying for my new HDFC CC, I was asked to provide an official email ID. I did, not knowing they would use that for all future correspondence. Fast forward to today and I noticed that I’m getting Savings Account/Debit card transactions emails on my personal email while the CC ones are being sent to the official ID. How do I change the CC email address? I can’t see any option in Net Banking.

Ha! Typical HDFC still living in the 1990s – fill a form and drop it to be sent to the Chennai office. 😕

Called them, they told me to fill the form and drop it off at a branch. Typical.
