how to stop snoring ?

my roommate finding issues with my loud snoring. Please help me if any home remedy on how to stop snoring ? thanks.

get a sleep study done. it will show how much severe is your sleep apnea. based on that your doctor will suggest cpap machine or other treatment. Start loosing weight

Room mate word suggests you are in early or late 20s and not in live-in.

If its live-in complaint,  snoring can be usual phenomenon in some individuals after hectic activities at night and try without them for 3 months and observe.

Unless this habit is not from recent phenomenon,  check your weight, diet and start exercising and monitor your respiratory system.

After 3 months observe if there is reduction in snoring and if not consult doctors for thorough check-up and dont use anything until such-time and decide your due course of actions.

Since from child hood then you are blessed with deep sleep and buy some good ear plugs and and gift it to your room-mate if there is no separate room.

I used to disturb my family and friends for years until I worked on it by TRE (time restricted eating). I don't eat anything before noon. I don't drink any milk / tea / coffee either before noon. Snoring is also linked to drinking and smoking leading to lack for sound sleep. If that applies to you then cut it out of your routine.
