How to stop spam calls in samsung

Hi all,
I need a advise/suggestions to block unwanted spam calls in my Mother phone
Its an samsung device and we constantly gets spam calls on her phone from multiple series of numbers that start with +911409 and +911408 (a sample screenshot of today call is attached).
I have tried certain things like blocking call from device settings, also have & tried truecaller options like auto blocking/auto rejecting the calls and even have entered the number series in truecaller app where it has settings that "block number that start from.....!" - there i have entered +911409 and +911408. This id the constant series from where i get calls. As of now, truecaller Auto reject function is helping me bit as it auto disconnects the call after 1 ring. However i am still look for better option to completely block this shit.
All the ideas/suggestions are welcome.

Wait for some time and all operators will start blocking as airtel already started.(TRAI guidelines). Mean while few samsung mobile has default spam blocking using hiya. Check yours.

Pick and tell them you already bought the product from the store. Do this for 1 day and never visit samsung website from a logged in account unless you are going to order
