Yes if your income is less than 5 lakh but more than 2.5 lahh & you must file a proper ITR clearly showing this as income from other sources. It will also remain on record for years so in case of any future discrepancy this can be used as some evidence by income tax department.

Bro you can transfer through phone pe merchant . I recommend you don’t try to transfer at once try first-2000. Then- 3000 like this
