Offer to order for some of your friends family in a servicable pin code and take cash from them. Or sell a cart of same amount on trading section at 10-15%

Failed business models, cost cutting, looming recession, VC funds drying up...
Shoot out an email to bigbasket customer care, to understand what is their response on this as they have closed down the business in your city.
Don't expect much but they should take some responsibility in this case.
