hello,
i applied for citi rewards card in amazon.soon i will get it
1.if you are using this card,then please tell me how to use this card to earn rewards points and how to redeem those points?
2.which stores comes under department store category?
(frequently i buy in d-mart.and if there are any offers,then i will go to other stores like more mega store,big bazaar,reliance smart)which are near to my home.
3.big basket,grofers,jiomart,amazon pantry or fresh,flipkart supermart comes under which category?
4.any vouchers available like amazon or big bazar etc?
5.and in future,is there any way to change it to life time free?

Last evening I had redeemed 1k amazon voucher for 3.3k points and closed my 12 yr old LTF citi rewards card with over 8 lacs credit limit.
you got physical voucher or e-voucher ?
Reward rate is very low for non departmental spends. Can be used to get instant funds they generally have this loan on card offer running throughout the year unless we already have an existing loan on the card

in other thread,one of the dimers said
for citi rewards card,showing 1 rp=35 paisa.but when trying to buy amazon voucher it’s 15 paisa only
and for statement credit,10k points required
then i think it’s less benefit,not getting 2.8%.correct me,if i am wrong

u can use for cash rewards once u have 5k..1 reward = 35 paisa
