How to Utilize Amazon Pay to pay 40k+ EB

I had purchased 20kx2 from my two of my AMEX cards and have 40k balance in Amazon Pay. Have to pay 38k Electricity (TN) of my factory but Amazon has restricted max, bill payment to 25k.
Any alternative way to pay thru Amazon wallet?
Ps: Tried Niki but TNEB is not available

Amazon pay is not available. 
U can use it for insurance payments if u have any renewal due
Not there in TNEB website. Amazon was my prime choice and used to pay 2Lacs+ EB every month but with limit being set to 25k per connection, hardly any offers now in other sites.
Niki is the only option you can use…. Facing same issue
@cashif i don’t know if it works or not, just an idea, pay 13k at local office. after successful payment at local offfice the remaining bill will be 25k… pay remaining bill through amazon.
Am from a town and they are not accepting credit/debit cards or for that matter, even cheque. They ask for DD even now!!
