How to utilize Myntra Credit without OTP

its new account, no any order, 

i added Myntra GC to this account,  now its account number is closed, can't get it, only Gmail attached

any way to get back Gift card from account ?

or way to Use GC without OTP ?

already contact with Myntra support but no help !
