How to write name for flight ticket booking

I have small confusion about flight booking,
My Name as per adhar
First mention My Surname
In Middle mentioned My Name
In last Mention my Father name
But confusion is how to write while booking if flight,
They Asking First name & Middle name in one column
And 2nd column mention Last name.

Is this for domestic or international travel?
If it is domestic you only need one valid id(my experience).
So if you have any other valid id with your correct name, use your actual name as it is and carry that id.
Or use what is in the aadhar and carry it.
For international, just use whatever present in the passport.

with First name & Middle name in one column They mean your name and fathers name
And 2nd column mention Last name. - Write your Surname as the last name in 2nd Column
