How was your experience when trading in an iPhone?

I am planning to trade in my iPhone via apple online store. There are no major issues with the iPhone, I think apple is using cashify as their trade in partner, my experience with cashify in the past has been pretty pathetic(different price online and once their collection guys comes he finds non existent issues and brings down the price given online). Have any of you traded in your iPhone, how was your experience?

most of the exchange companies want you to give them give them a used NEW phone which is not possible. just sell it on olx, although you have to go though low ballers patiently
