HP Pay fuel payment using fastag | not getting the OTP

I have linked my ICICI Fastag to the HP Pay app. When making a payment for fuel, the app displays the Fastag balance accurately and sends an OTP for confirmation. However, I am not receiving any OTP despite trying multiple times at different petrol pumps on various days. Any suggestions?

finally was able to resolve it. Fuel transactions were disabled on my fastag. One has to login into the ICICI fastag website using only the customer id and select the option to enable fuel transactions. Note login via customer id only and not the mobile number otherwise the option to enable won't come.
As rightly pointed out above, OTP non-generation is issue at ICICI Fastag end. Fuel transaction in ICICI Fastag is by default not enabled. Login at ICICI Fastag website and under Account Summary you will see option for enabling Fuel transactions as shown in the screenshot.
You may have to remove the fastag and link it again. There are several bugs with ICICI fastag in HP Pay app. By the way, can anybody explain the process to be followed at the petrol pump. The staff is asking for registered mobile number in my case, for entering in their machine for sending the OTP. But the machine gives invalid mobile number message. They are not accepting by HP Pay QR code
I tried to relink the fastag but it is still not working. OTP is not coming.
try the steps i shared above. Also, now you can buy hp pay vouchers using Amazon pay balance from the hp pay app
