HRX ignoring on warranty/support - Cyclist here

Hello guys, I needed your suggestions so as to proceed against HRX brand for not giving any support/service while in warranty.
I purchased a Cycle on Flipkart in April 2022, and in May 2023 the cycle broke into two pieces from the middle while on a busy road, I was not at the extreme left, but thankfully no major vehicle was close to me. They have 2 years warranty on the frame (that broke) and this is without any accident or damage. It automatically gave up. I emailed their official mail ID [email protected] (Support backed by Flipkart) and also called and emailed multiple times. I twice got a call from FK stating they will pick up and refund the entire 13499 but pickup never happened (although it was scheduled twice) Contacted them on Twitter and tagged HRX Flipkart too but they are just ignoring me. Wrote to the Grievance dept at HRX too. Raised complaint in National Consumer helpline where twice FK closed stating we are picking up. NCH suggested I proceed with EDaakhil (higher portal of the consumer department with all evidence) Please suggest to me what to do because I do not feel good without cycling every day (Avg monthly ride 350-600 km) Raised 2 tickets with HRX where they are just saying revert in 72 hrs, 48 hrs etc.

Your suggestions are important to me.

On what did they said they will pickup? fk say it or hrx?

Yep. I already know they're ignorant and just rebrand bad quality items. Flipkart is also just closing complaints without resolution and if I raise one again they give me a good 5-7 days wait time and then not resolve.

Indeed. Made tons of calls and mails. Nothing helps. NCH portal is also allowing the company to close complaints on its own

What more do we have left? Amazon & FK are the two major players that customers can rely on for shopping. They're now giving bad quality services. Customers ultimately suffer, sooner or later. 🥲

what customer can do is not to give money so called companies like hrx

Reach fitness is culprit here. I think they are main vendor.

HRX entirely is crap. I think their clothes section is also rebranded or locally produced items tagged.

Nothing wrong with that. I bought prowl treadmill. Seller sent broken, now they are not shipping replacement. I placed first order on 17th may, received on 21st may. They took 5 days for damaged item pickup. After pickup, replacement order triggered. Still not shipped, 20+ days passed (17th may to 8th june) overall. Fk cc is not replying.

Think that's the issue from the seller's end. Similar case for me, pickup scheduled however tracking not generating as per Flipkart CC. Today I received a call saying the seller was not approving etc etc
2 pickup dates have passed nothing happened. Idk whether Flipkart is not assisting or the seller

Today I will receive replacement, let's hope they don't send broken one. The packaging is poor, it might break even in transportation.
