HSBC cashback or Live + cashback credit card policy change

I have noted that the statement was generated on 24th of August and next day 25th the cashback was credited for the entire statement which I spent that's too very fast than the SBI Cashback
. Any similar people? Also now it's posted as rewards credit in direct statement adjusted

Yes, similarly. Last month some amount has credited and asked the customer care ,, they said it's bonus as it's converted from Cashback to live+. But this exactly matches with the spend which I done for the last month I have done

I have applied and received the card today, majorly took this card for restaurant and grocery spends.
Received this month as well , 2 days after the statement date. seems a great feature and also as per the email "the amount has been adjusted against your outstanding balance", hope cashback would be considered as payment as well following RBI guidelines.

My existing hsbc card was discontinued and was given option to upgrade to platinum(LTF) and Live+(paid). Can use live+ on dreamfolks website for lounge access. It's a off topic but need confirmation from you guys.

Same reward credit happened on my cc also, but customer care is telling that it is not the cashback. CB will be credited after 45 days of statement generation
