The Money is getting credited to the accounts.
I have seen this in a channel not personally looted it Sharing it for Information.

This business transactions are not transferred to savings/current account instantly.
I think they need to settle at the end of the day, which will most probably not happen.
There are some screenshots circulating online with transaction limit (daily) set to 1 crore 😄
Don't think there will be any legal consequences unless you decide to spend/clear balance (Receiver accounts) and run away

They opened accounts in other banks and transferred the money to 54 accounts in 19 banks, besides conducting 171 online transactions. The youths got into trouble after the bank realised the error and filed a police complaint

Bro, this is not loot it's like a drawback or glitch or you can call something like that of UPI (If I am understanding right what you are trying to say in this post).
Something like this has happened with me few months back. I was trying to transfer ₹200 from NSDL to HDFC Bank at around 12:30 AM.
The transaction failed money didn't got deducted from NSDL but was credited to HDFC Bank (even I didn't noticed that for 2 weeks that money was credited in HDFC) since it displayed trasaction failed, I didn't tried again that night.
After 2 weeks, NSDL kept ₹200 from my account on hold. Upon asking they narrated the above incident to me, later I cross checked both the bank statement to know whether what they are saying is right or wrong?
What they said was right, so yeah even If what you are saying above works they will recover it whenever they gets to know about it.
simple funda is the thing which is not ours we are not supposed to use and handover it to law enforcement agencies. otherwise liable to be punished under IPC

Loots on ecommerce sites when there is pricing error or wrong codes is one thing. Don't play with banks as they can take legal actions.
