Hey everyone, clarifying some of the important points and queries raised. As follows:

What does the OnePlus Nord pre-order package include?

The pre-order package includes OnePlus products amounting to a total value of INR 5000.

Users who pre-ordered the OnePlus Nord will receive two options to pick from:

Option 1- OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z, a OnePlus Nord Sandstone case and a OnePlus voucher worth INR 500, redeemable on oneplus.in.

Option 2 – OnePlus Bullets Wireless and a OnePlus Nord Sandstone case.

*We assure you that the total value of both package remains equivalent to INR 5000. This is valid for users who purchase the OnePlus Nord by 31st August, 2020.

What does the OnePlus Nord pre-order purchase include?

Pre-order at INR 499 only guarantees two gift boxes with exclusive launch merchandise for users who pre-ordered the device on 15th July, 2020. The gift box includes the following:

Gift box 1: OnePlus Nord Launch merchandise including OnePlus T-shirt, a OnePlus Nord Launch invite and a OnePlus Nord sticker set

Gift box 2: Please note this box is available for users who purchase the OnePlus Nord. We are offering two options:
Option 1 – OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z, a OnePlus Nord Sandstone case and a voucher worth INR 500 redeemable on oneplus.in
Option 2 – OnePlus Bullets Wireless and a OnePlus Nord Sandstone case
INR 499 is non-redeemable against the purchase of the OnePlus Nord.

When can pre-order buyers purchase the OnePlus Nord?

Starting from 4th August till 31st August on Amazon.in.

Pre-order buyers can also pre-book the OnePlus Nord by paying the full amount, anytime from 28th July to 3rd August, 2020, on Amazon.in. Your devices will be processed for delivery, 4th August onwards.

OnePlus Nord AR Invite Rewards (Spin and Win) Explained:

Will OnePlus Nord be available on all MyJio stores and Reliance Digital?

The OnePlus Nord will be available in selected MyJio stores and Reliance Digital stores across India. You can contact your nearest store to check availability and find stores closest to you.

Can the pre-order be returned?

Yes, if the return period is not over, buyers can still return the pre-order following the return process on Amazon.in

If a user buys multiple AR Invites using one account on Amazon.in, how many times will he/she be able to participate in the lucky rewards system?

As per the Terms and Conditions mentioned on Amazon.in, each Amazon.in account will be given only one chance to click on the said “Tap to Spin” button. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more details.

OnePlus Nord AR Invite: Amazon Cashback validity:

To clarify, the Amazon Cashback you can get as a reward with your AR Invite will be valid from 4th August to the 31st of August on purchase of OnePlus Nord on Amazon.in.
