@Hyderabad, Anyone able to pay TSSPDCL bill via Pockets or Jio Money?

Been trying to pay my power bill from Pockets and/or Jio money but the bill isn’t even fetched. Getting same error, “Sorry we are unable to process your request right now, please try later.”, from both wallets.

Tried to pay via billdesk option on desktop and noticed a new field for email Id. Could this be the reason that the bill payment is not working from Jio or Pockets?

Probably bill not yet updated for online payments by tsspdcl,first check in tsspdcl site whether your bill is updated or not.

@samyuktha.br @prayasi Please send email to [email protected] with screenshots of the bill payment steps till the error shows up, (they ask for it) so that they can look into it. I have already sent an email, but the more emails they get, hopefully, the faster they will resolve the issue.

That was fast! When did you send them an email? I sent it two days ago and the reply I got was that they had forwarded the details to their backend team and they will keep me informed.
