I am not getting rewards points earned on my ICICI platinum credit card.

The reward points are being credited to Payback, so they told you to contact them. Once check in your payback account if they are credited or not.

It will be in your payback account . The reward points for me also it’s showing zero buy it’s available in my payback

same happened to me. Had to raise a complaint. Atlast they fixed the issue but had to start from 0 rewards points (they won’t credit points for previous statements)

Except for few premium credit cards, all other ICICI credit cards earn reward points in the form of Payback. Each cc customer is automatically assigned a unique payback card number linked to the cc. You have to call payback support to identify your payback card number on which reward points are being credited

I saw my payback linked to this card, RP is zero. But I have earned almost close to 1K rewards points. I calculated my RP by checking statements.

Send a mail from your registered Email clearly indicating that your reward points have not been credited to your payback account and both CC and payback shows 0 reward points and ask them to ensure that points are properly credited to payback account.
Your linked payback no is also clearly indicated in the credit card statement. PDF CC statement also contain a clickout link that shows the total reward points in the payback account.

Playback number can be identified by login into the NetBanking, try to use the desktop mode then go to reward section from tap navigation, there you can find your unique payback number.
