@rajnani111469

if you have 7lac then only use these platforms just to be safe normally I avoid cashback apps if the amount is more than 1 lac a lot of neu accounts getting banned so ya

A debit card with cashback is safer if you currently don't have double the amount

100 percent correct....i paid 3.7 L today towards my kotak cc bill....

pymnt was deducted frm my au bank account, but showing as failed in their app, it is saying 5 to 7 working days for refund.... my card due date is on 10th, i need to re allocate funds now to pay again...

P.S they have credited 3700 as reward points for this failed transaction....im now confused, what if they credit the payment to kotak card later...then that will become double payment 😩

@coolkish7

talk to your RM at kotak that this is my problem and get it all on email he will give you 3 days extra dont worry RM at kotak are good.

Attach the transaction screenshot when you email.

Dont worry credit card are now way better at service because of RBI.

if for some reason this shows up in your cibil after 30 days just tell your RM to give NOC on the previous bill and subbmit that in your cibil dispute it will be off your records in 15 - 25 days.

thanks for the reply brother....I have already arranged money for the payment.....

Will wait until wednesday and if no payment is reflected at kotak, then will pay again on 8th thru cred...

I only hope cheq wont send the payment to my card later....

Lesson Learnt: NEVER PAY THRU CHEQ WHEN NEARING DUE DATE THAT TOO HIGHER VALUE BILLS

anything above 1lac is kind of sus for tata people normally people dont spend so much so pay half with tata neo and use something else for the other half.
