A month ago I purchased xiomi smart watch for around 3800. 10 days ago, the IndiaPost post man has asked me to pay 3300 as customs so I rejected the courier and asked him to take it back. AliExpress says the “order will be closed in three days.”
Should I raise the dispute and tell the seller the “truth” as to what happened, or will I get the refund automatically after 3 days? I don’t see any tracking info there. I’ve also paid for “buyer protection” if that helps. Will I get the refund for “rejection”? What are the chances of me not getting the refund at all?
I highly recommend you to raise dispute asap asking full refund. I don’t think you would get refund automatically.
