how is IBJA Gold coins quality? because I interest purchase gold through Amazon.

This is incorrect. While RSBL is a good company, it does not offer BIS hallmarks for 999 coins. Note that 999 or 999.9 refers to 24 carat gold. BIS hallmarks only 22 carat and below. So nobody can sell a 24 carat coin that is BIS hallmarked because it does not exist. That said the coin from RSBL is good quality. Regarding the OP’s question about IBJA. These coins are certified by the Indian Bullion Jewellers Association. These are good quality as well and are equally recognized.
I recommend you both call your Jeweller and you’ll see what I’m saying.

So I guess maybe you purchased before January 2017. In the current discussion given that OP will be buying now in 2018 it can be safely said that BIS does not Hallmark 24 carat gold anymore.
my personal experience, go for Rsbl gold coin, as it is 999.9 purity along with BIS hallmark. IBJA have not purchased till now so cant tell anything about it.
