ICICI Amazon pay service support email ID needed

Hi guys,
There has been a discrepancy in terms of reward points credited for the last statement of my ICICI Amazon Pay card. I raised a review request by calling their customer care but honestly the process seems to be quite tedious.
Is there any email ID by which I can raise a complaint and follow up regarding the same?

Sounds good bro, thanks for the details. When I called today they requested me to wait for 5 more business days. Shall wait and then escalate as you suggested.
they adjusted reward point for amazon gv purchase to 3%, last month statement 5% credited.
Now they are detected all the gv orders, and adjusted extra 2% from current month reward points.
Right i was too informed rhe same

Hey bro…as u have already complained to cc and they failed to solve issue…i would suggest you to file level 1 complaint here..otherwise if u mail them they they might keep repeating nonsense replies…here you will get a reply in 2 -3 business day
