ICICI Amazonpay CC still active after closure

I had requested ICICI cc to close my ICICI Amazonpay credit card. After 4 days, I received message and mail from them that it has been closed and no dues remain. Today when I called their cc, the IVR still mentions my credit balance, credit limit and everything. I can still manage the card through amazon as well. But the customer care says the card has been closed. Have registered another complaint with their cc to provide me a NOC/NDC for the same. This is disturbing.
PS: ICICI seems to be the only bank that do not reply to mails, and avoids mail ids like plague in their official site. Have mailed to customer.care, pno and [email protected] but received no reply.
Update: Received the NDC/NOC today.

Not just ICICI, Axis Bank is also on the same line. I closed my Flipkart Axis Credit Card three years ago. It still shows in the Flipkart app linked to my account. They are finding it hard to forget and part with me. 😂
For closing my axis ace card and to get a NOC, i had to escalate till principal nodal officer, but finally i got the NOC and got it closed at all the 4 credit bureaus.
But in case of ICICI, they never reply to mails even at layer 3 and 4 of grievance redressal.
There was another ICICI credit card in my family that we had closed in 2014, which still shows as active on all 4 bureaus till today.

It takes upto 45 days for complete closure. Get the closure mail from them. The card will disappear from cibil report after 45 days
