I want to open ICICI account online and get a fd based credit card please suggest which account to open for minimum charges and my current address is different than permanent address will it work? Online process preferred any suggestions will be helpful

my permanent address is in rural village but now I live in a tier 2 city and I don’t have any proof of my new address yet so I will have to change address on my aadhaar etc. First then I should apply?

Address not an issue.. fill address on online form for which you have proof. Then go to nearest branch. They will do kyc. You can get instant fd card there as well.
Mine is useless account….. Very less chance of credit card or loan offers…….only benefits is zero balance… But there are better zero balance accounts like au, kotak 811

i have 1 icici cc based on cibil , other icici cc on fd.. can i apply third icici cc on c2c basis ?
bank employee told me u already have two..but was ready to give another card on fd.. i told him i dont need on fd but on c2c basis ..he denied.. why are they not ready.?
just open insta mine if you just want fd based card… easy account opening and all… also all for offers of normal account is also provided in mine account like loans and all… you just have to manage the account properly… if you just want fd based card then no need..
i have insta mine account for a year now and i have all the offers of loan and dc emi and all showing in my account and i am holding amazon icici card that is also approved within a day… all this for zero balance
if you want normal account then just go to your rural branch and open it you have to maintain very low MAB also if you go to city’s branch which you mentioned you don’t have address proof then mostly they will refuse to open the account..
Mine Branch saying Minimum 25K account u can open in Branch for others u have to do yourself online.
Yeah that seems to be the norm nowadays. Many banks’ branch ppl ask person to open the typical 0/10k mab acc via digital method through their bank’s app to avoid extra paperwork & workload.

Online you can open either mine or instasave only… I would suggest to go to branch and open regular savings account…. And after account opening do fd online from your account… And then you can apply online or go to branch and fill the form….
Search any semi urban or rural branch…. mab Will be only 2000/5000….you can have different address of communication and permanent address…. You need to have proof of city in which you want to open account….
