My employer has tie up with icici bank for titanium salary acc so we are supposed to get ICICI bank free ltf Credit card but the icici bank agent called me and told that we give ICICI bank coral credit card to all your company employees but the thing is coral has joining fee of 500 and renewal charges of 500 with fee waiver on spends of 1.5 lacks and I just want a basic ICICI credit card for bank discount purpose.also other employees i enquired have got ltf credit card from icici so when I told her this thing she told after u get your card call me and we will reverse joining fee .
Today I received the card and i have not activated card till now so i wanted to know if they reverse entire amount or gst of 18% is not refundable? Also nowhere in my welcome letter it’s written that’s it’s a ltf card but she said after 500 joining fee it’s lft card

Corel is usually offered LTF. But as you have taken it for fee, can’t say anything.
You should have waited for few days or a month, it should have shown pre approved LTF in your account.

Buddy do you know where in app can we see whether the card is ltf or not? Because in welcome email and letter nowhere was it mentioned that the card is ltf

yeh bakwas karte ha bank vale but they usually reverse gst also.
ho sakta ha apni commission se reverse karva de.bina activate kiye call her and tell her to reverse

Not sure. Axis reverse gst also. You have her personal number? 
She just did to fulfill her target. Write email instead of call. And ask for LTF as offered to other employees
