I applied for ICICI Bank credit card online it showed i will get rubyx card ltf after vkyc it seems my application got rejected but after some time i received mail Congratulations! Your documentation is completed and sent for credit check but instead of rubyx varient i applied it is showing Card Variant: Sapphiro Visa Credit Card and on mail it says You can access your card details through ICICI Bank's iMobile Pay app.
Now that i downloaded ICICI mobile app and tried to login as I am not ICICI bank customer this is first time i logged in i entered mobile number and then OTP then I set 4 digit login pin then it showing for security purposes we request you to follow one time authentication step by entering your credit card CVV now that I don't have any ICICI bank credit card where can I get CVV.
so now what is happening i don't know can someone tell me and what should I do
Wait for the physical card to access it, it should mostly be ltf but you can confirm with the bank on that. If you are not interested in sapphiro, you can just not activate the card and connect with the bank to either cancel or change to rubyx

We have applied Usage Settings on ICICI Bank Credit Card XX(removed 4 digit). Log in to iMobile Pay/Net Banking > View/Manage Card Usage. For details call 1800 1080.

That has nothing to do with your attempts, its generic message
Even now I go to credit card apply page and enter mobile number and pan showing application rejected then why is it showing a xxxx credit card number in imobile app and what varient is it any idea? Or is it just mistake they will block the card number or will i receive it?

Your card is approved, try login to app to know the variant. You can get your user id via Customer care as well. Or go via Twitter route if you don't have patience till tomorrow.
i think what ever variant was marked as "recommended" during the application is being mentioned in the mail instead of chosen one
just call 1800 1080 and request a call back in your number. customer care will be able to confirm the approved card variant. I had the same issue and got it clarified today

I contacted them on Twitter they said their official will callback but it has been nearly 6hours i haven't received any response from them
Got call from ICICI Bank customer support after 2 days after posting on Twitter they confirmed that it is rubyx credit card and it is life time free told them to confirm in mail they sent mail and confirm its ltf rubyx credit card
@Sharu101 I also applied today it showed me sapphiro ltf and I have also received the congratulations mail with Your documentation is completed and sent for credit check. After how much time was card visible in app. Also I was not asked for vkyc yet maybe coz I already have account in icici
Anyone any idea how much time it takes for ICICI credit card to get dispatched after approval it has been 6 days since i received card approved message but no response from them after this when i contacted them on Twitter again they are saying to a email communication has been sent to you on sept 9 but the email i received on sept 9 from ICICI is about credit card ltf confirmation
