Im Having around 8000 reward points in my icici cc as it was showing in the app. But After 31 march my point is showing 0 and on going to payback website there I’m seeing only my debit card points i.e 50. Can anyone help from where to find 8000 points

You should call Payback and ask them to merge all payback accounts on same mobile number to one. Then you will get your credit card points added to debit card account.

Is your Payback Account same for both your DC and CC?
I was also seeing 8000 points in my icici imobile app in march, but today its showing zero
because icici divorced payback on 31st march. But points are still available for redemption.

I’m trying to redeem points on payback site , i can login with pin but on payment page it asks for otp and after entering otp it is showing “membership blocked” anyone know what to do how to redeem points
just call payback they will resolve
they informed me that no. phone no. was linked with it hence it showing block
Same issue. I have 12000+ points in payback. Points showing in account but Unable to redeem 😔
For amazon voucher redemption use the link in this deal. I faced a capcha error yesterday on gyftr so redeemed using this way.

Hope it isn’t a copy-paste of Payback.
