I recently applied for ICICI credit card and when reviewed by CIBIL Report. I see an enquire being made under my PAN for ICICI Personal Loan but not for credit card.
I never applied for personal loan but rather a credit card.
With all the scams that running around these days, I want to be sure there's no personal loan under my PAN.
I am emailed the ICICI Customer service as of now. Should there be any concern ?
sometime sales person make these cibil enquiries during the new credit card request, and then call you after checking the limits to take the loan.
Nothing to worry
Same for me happened last month. I applied for credit card but in cibil it showed enquiry for personal loan

This is normal.
You can complain to remove loan hard enquiry if you haven't applied
