I called ICICI customer care number to check some details and the ivr voice told me my career card is eligible for upgrade to Sapphiro. It asked me to talk to customer care agent, but the call center agent denied existence of any sapphiro upgrade offer. And no such offer exists in App either. App shows upgrade offer to mmt signature and manchester signature cards.
I want to confirm who played trick on me, the IVR or the customer care agent?

Where to look for this upgrade offer in netbanking?
Maybe someone else is using credit on your name.
@nimod Based on my experience with ICICI CC I would say stop wasting time with ICICI.
Point system is pathetic and useless.
Just keep one card which ever is LTF (I still have ICICI Platinum) for the offer benefit.
I also have aPay card which is good as limited exclusions
Have cancelled Coral and sapphiro in past as I literally used those card for like 1s a year.
