Is it possible to make them enable 3rd party UPI apps for my current account as their CC is not helpful in doing so. I can do UPI txns but only through their own app called ICICI Biz which is bad app for UPI transactions.
Contact any payment gateway companies they will link your current account and you can send unlimited UPI to any customers/users.

Are you trying to say that current accounts usually are like this only (that is they don’t allow third party UPI apps).So, I need payment gateway companies to get the job done or is my ICICI current account just an exception?

No, you can also link current account on any 3rd party UPI apps, Try any other UPI app like Paytm, GPay etc or use Imobile app/Pockets UPI app.
People open current account for business purpose that’s why i suggest you to do UPI transaction via payment gateway companies.
