ICICI Debit card Blocked for online transactions, Please help

yesterday I was attempting a transaction but entered wrong OTP more than 3 time card Blocked and I am getting error on 3d secure page ," your card is blocked due to multiple entry of incorrect details call icici customer service to unblock card,
I called cc many times but they said card is active there is no problem on card , I don’t understand what to do now

Call customer care. They will unblock it within minutes.
Called so many times since yesterday they say card is active and there is no problem from our end talk to merchant, what else can you expect from such fools

Copy link and try to login with your debit card number. Follow instructions and if any error take screenshot and tell that to Customer care

You mean for 24 hours don’t even touch the card?
Never faced this with vbv bro, so no idea about the same. Try logging into vbv portal with your card number, look for any reset/ unblock options.
Asking ICICI CC about this issue is like asking aliens about this world activities as it’s an add-on security services from Visa.
PS: Do try after 48 hrs of locking as @rajrocks bro mentioned above.
seems only the VBV feature has been blocked. not faced this issue, as I use a PIN I can not forget.
do not make any transaction for 48 hrs. then call CC can specifically indicate that only the VBV feature is blocked and you want to unblock it.
I never got option to set a pin I received otp only
Same happens with one of my SBI debit card.

I am facing the same issue with my icici debit card.. it says its unblocked and active after I got it activated from customer care but i am unable to make any transactions since yesterday evening. Is your card working now.. !?

My debit card blocked..no online payment is paid
Guys I had the same issue – card blocked for VBV, customer care says card is active.
The solution is login icici online portal, customer service/service requests,- bank accounts – atm card related -unblock 3d secure services. Then the card got unblocked after successful confirmation.
It worked. I was unable to do credit card payment from 3 days. First I thought that it is due to scheduled maintenance, but today I got to know that it was somehow blocked.
