Do all credit cards of ICICI has spend based condition for access to Domestic lounge access? If 5000 is spent in a quarter than complimentary lounge access is available for next quarter?

Except Emeralde and Diamante, which I doubt many of us have, all ICICI cards have the spend condition.

All ICICI cards have lounge facility? I am not sure about Amz CC or ICICI Plat.
