Is your number linked to aadhar same as what you are using for opening bank account?

I have a credit card with them….wont let me open any of the insta account.

Ok but customer care told me since i already hold a cc, hence i am not eligible for insta mine account.

Maybe they changed some TnC now, but I hold this account along with CCs with ICICI

Nothing, people just opening this acc in hopes of getting a ltf icici(not co-branded) credit card as amazonpay card is now excluded from all icici card offers on other sites.

Make sure there is no other bank acc currently active under your name which was opened using aadhaar otp & hasn’t been converted to full kyc yet.

Do you have any past negative relationship history with icici? Maybe closed some acc/credit card(or reward points)/loan on a bad note.

That closed pockets wallet may be a reason if it was closed due to some issue with cashback/kyc compliance or it may also be due to some “unusual” usage on current credit card(that is why it is suggested to not end any relationship with a bank at a bad note if you want to avail some other service from same bank in future).

Less chances of issue being because of deactivated pockets wallet but you can try by installing the latest pockets app version, it has the option of reactivating pockets wallet.
