ICICI insta save account HELP, please urgent

I had opened an ICICI insta save account online thinking it would be convenient from home but since then Its giving me troubles.
1. They have changed my city and state in address section and my debit card is roaming in some other state. so no Imobile, UPI and withdrawl.
2. I opened a fd of 10K as per T and C and I can’t see any FD in my account in internet banking.
3. No call for KYC yet, went to branch twice and they have no clue.
So kisine ye account open kiya ho and similar experience ho to please solution batao. Had I not deposited 10K I would have let it go but now they are playing, Please help, customer care has no clue why such things are happening.
Do they do fingerprint verification? I have sweaty hands, never work for me.
Write an email to second/third level with your application number mentioning transaction details of payment and find out it’s whereabouts. Do mention you will write next to banking ombudsman if not resolved in 2-3 days
Meanwhile, tweet for status update with application number.
This is why I hate ICICI Bank and rightly so. This is India’s worst private sector Bank
Agreed, ICICI bank is worst private sector bank. Icici relationship manager are always given sales target – insurance, SIP, MF and so on. Failure to meet target = Bombarding from Branch Manager, Lower / Nil increment. They are under tremendous pressure always. So next time you visit ICICI branch for some service for your account, see the cross selling tricks & technique
p.s. Friend worked for 10 months before moving to some other bank.
Update: received a message which I had missed: bank has marked lien on the FD and issued a cc against it. Is this why the FD not reflecting in my account? Anyone who has a card against FD can shed some light on it.
I am facing same issue I have got the debit card but FD is not reflecting in my account.
it will reflected in FD section on app as well as netbanking, while credit card will be in the CC section just like normal FD & CC, I had CC against FD and it displayed normally
I have applied for instasave account yesterday. Not able to login in imobile app sinch it’s require debit card details. For balance inquiry when I’m calling cc no and inputting account no it’s saying invalid account no. Don’t know what to do next. No call from bank yet

I’m also interested opening this account. So with this insta save fd account you get zero balance account plus a free credit card. Op do you received your credit card yet?
You need to make a FD of 10k for zero balance and Credit card. My initial application for CC was declined, I requested again yesterday and got a card, physical delivery pending.
@Mitron56 so what’s the issuance charge of the debit card. In axis asap they charge 350+ as issuance charge. So if I open this 10k fd account they will lien mark on that fd and issue a credit card. Am I right. Ok I will open my account tomorrow and will update here.
You will be charged 150 + GST for debit card. What I did was first open the account without funding, later when iMobile got activated I created a FD extra.
I am already using imobile app having icici amazon pay credit card. Now i want to open saving account what r the options?? Can i open with same mobile no linked to credit card. Pls tell requirements .. is it totally online or have to visit bank branch
@Mitron56 opened my account on Sunday,8th March. When I’ll expect to receive my Debit card? Should I do my 10k FD now or should I wait to receive the Debit card then make an FD? I can login to NetBanking see all my account details.
@Src_045 @Aveejeet @Mitron56 I opened my InstaSave account Sunday. Today I send 10K from my HDFC account. Done a FD Xtra through NetBanking while opening FD Xtra I got a option to select Instant Platinum Credit Card so I applied. But in NetBanking no FD is showing in Fixed Deposit section. Please help 10K is a lot of money for me. ICICI customer care worthless no option to talk to someone.
U wll receive confirmation lien of 10k sms next working day.
Today received 2 sms. 1st is They have mark lien on 10k fd and another is the credit card application no.xxxx. under process. final status will be communicated within 15 days. Now lets see how many days it take to receive my card.

@varcvn24 ICICI is super quick. Received 2 sms today. First one is “Congratulations! Welcome to ICICI Bank Credit Cards. Your application has been approved and your new card will be delivered in 7 working days.”
Second one is “Dear Customer, your new Credit Card XX1003 has been linked to User ID xxxxxx747. You can now access your Credit Card through Internet Banking and iMobile app.”
And also received another message"Reached Hub: Card- ATM / Debit for Acct XX4540 has reached Kolkata Hub & is ready for dispatch. Dispatch details will be sent in 24 hours"
Update: Now I can see my credit card details in internet banking. 😍 They have given me 9k credit limit and 2.7k cash limit on my 10k FD.
Next week I’ll visit ICICI branch for my physical KYC and apply for a cheque book.

@varcvn24 @Aveejeet @Mitron56 guys got my Debit Card/Credit Card both today. Debit card delivered by Delhivery & Credit Card delivered by Bluedart. Now how to do physical KYC for this account because haven’t received a single call from bank executive.

maine kal instant fd account open karwa liya , 10k fd ka ,,account number bhi aa gaya ,, so i wnt to know ,,mujhe credit card kaise milega ?means mujhe apply karna hoga ya khud aaplied ho jata hai
I opened an insta save fd account with 25k …got my account number..but when I’m am trying to login into iMobile ..it’s saying u want to enter as ICICI pocket user or an account holder…on choosing account holder it asks me account number..when I enter account number it asks me to verify from debit card backside grid details…I haven’t received debit card yet… please help @Pallab1997
I got my debit/credit card within 12 working days.
You can’t register to iMobile without debit card. Wait after lockdown you will get your card.

Guys is it possible to collect Welcome Kit from branch for insta save account? I opened 2 FD extra Card accounts by mistake, and can’t close the FD via Net Banking without debit card
Wait for 14 days you will get 2 welcome kit and 2 platinum credit card.
From last 2 days I’m visiting my ICICI Branch for full KYC but my Aadhaar details not fetching from server. Because of this I’m not getting passbook, cheque book. They don’t have physical KYC option for online savings account. Their employees have no idea about InstaSave accounts. So whoever wants to open this account only deposit money after doing full KYC from branch.

I am also thinking of opening a InstaFD account. I have some questions if anybody can help me out?
1) Balance of Credit Card: Is it like a percentage of the FD amount that I’ll open? Like 8-9k limit on 10k FD OR 20k limit on 25k FD? If it’s so, might go for a bigger FD.
@Donald said that unless the CC is surrendered, we won’t be able to use FD and it will keep auto-renewing. So if we want, I guess we have to surrender it around time of maturity and get out FD money? I guess a good strategy would be to make a proper FD for 2-3 years, use the CC then surrender it at maturity.
2) Will this CC affect CIBIL score in any way?

But I’m stuck at last page, where it asks to apply for Credit Card.
Should I apply for credit card while applying online & create FD or can I apply for the card later ?
Can I also apply for Amazon Pay card along with this card simultaneously ?
I don’t have any previous credit history.
Dont apply for Apay, it will be rejected. Get credit history and then apply.
Do we have same kind of account & card from HDFC bank ?

What if I create fd of INR 50k, get a limit of 45k, thn break the fd and do a fd of 10k? Will my cc limit get revised accordingly?
Even i had thought of opening online but changed my mind, visited branch and opened there in 10 minutes. Account activated in 1 Day. Yet to receive debit card and kit as opted for non insta kit.
