Icici insta save FD account query

I recently applied for a new Icici insta save FD savings account, made a FD of 10K but my account is still in limited mode. Website shows official will come for KYC but no one came. I visited branch today but they were clueless and said everything is already done.

Any dimer who has same account can share what to do? I cannot register for mobile banking, no upi app detects my account.
